• Bed linen and towels are provided.

• Additional bed linen and towels will be provided for rental periods longer than one week.

• There is a weekly (Saturday) morning clean / change over.
For stays of one week or more the preferred changeover day is Saturday.

• Electricity is included in the price there is no gas in the house.

• In June, July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights. Otherwise the minimum stay is 3 nights. feel free to contact us with your specific requirements. Long term rentals may be considered.

• We will leave you fresh bread, milk coffee, tea a basket of local fruit and a bottle of red wine from a local North Alentejo winery. Montinho is after all in the "Rota dos Vinhos" portugal wine root.
